We cannot help with any password issues. The Jolly Giant QWS3270 application allows a Windows PC to connect to/interact with a Mainframe System. Once you've connected to the host system, any questions/issues need to be addressed with their System Admin or Tech Support, as the content/security/access/navigation/usage/etc. on their system is their responsibility. The best we can do is direct you to someone who may be able to help you.
