Set the logical unit (LU) name used to connect to the host.

Usage: luname ‘‘name’‘

or

 luname name

The parameter is the device name that you wish to use to connect to the host. This will be the VTAM logical unit (LU) name and is limited to a maximum of 8 characters. This parameter should be used only with hosts or servers that support TN3270 extensions (TN3270E). This command must precede the connect command in the script.
