Overview

JGS (Jolly Giant Software Inc.) Script Editor™ is a utility that provides a GUI interface to allow scripts that run with our QWS3270 PLUS® and QWS3270 Secure™ terminal emulators to be modified. JGS Script Editor can be used to edit existing scripts or create new scripts.

The JGS Script Editor was designed to take full advantage of the point and click capabilities of the Windows environment as well as to support drag and drop functionality for the easy movement of items within a script.

The program can be used to edit existing scripts that work with prior versions of QWS3270 PLUS. QWS3270 PLUS version 3.4 introduced some additional script commands. In order to take full advantage of the capabilities of JGS Script Editor, we recommend that you upgrade to at least version 3.4 of our QWS3270 PLUS product.
