Host Settings
On this property page you may add and edit additional parameters for your connection to a host .
Script File Field  - Enter the fully qualified name of the file (i.e. c:\directory\file.jgs) that the application should use as the script file when connecting to the host.  This parameter is optional.  You can type the name of the file, or you can use the 'Browse' button to find the script file on your hard drive or network.
Mainframe Code  - Page  Select the language file that is used by the program for the ASCIIto EBCDIC translation during data transfer. The default for this is English-US, which will work for most applications. 037C English/US C-370 file for instance is designed for programmers who extensively use the ‘ [ ] ( ) { } ‘ symbols.
Custom Language File  - This field allows you to specify the topic that will be used for Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) conversations with this tn3270 session.  The default is SESSIONA.  See the DYNAMIC DATA EXCHANGE section for information on using DDE.
Keyboard mapping for this host  - Displays the path to the file maintaining any keyboard remapping for this Session.  You may also "Browse" for the QWS3270X.key file as well.
DDE Topic  - This field allows you to specify the topic that will be used for Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) conversations with this tn3270 session.  The default is SESSIONA.  See the DYNAMIC DATA EXCHANGE section for information on using DDE.
Enable Host Graphics  - If the host you are connected to has support for GDDM graphic display, enable this option.
Printer Start and Stop Options  - The ‘Start Associated Printer’ option will start an instance of the QWS3287 Printer application and try to associate it automatically with the terminal session. When you close the terminal session and have the ‘Close Associated Printer’ option checked, the printer application will close as well.
Use Contention Resolution  -  Contention Resolution addresses shortcomings in the current TN3270 Enhancements (RFC 2355) specification that stem from the fact that SNA is a send/receive state oriented protocol, while TN3270E is relatively state free.  For additional details see the full IETF draft document at http://www.ietf.org/proceedings/02mar/I-D/draft-ietf-tn3270e-extensions-03.txt.  Please contact your System Administrator of the host to confirm that the host supports this functionality.
Enable Command Line Chaining  -  Check this option to allow the application to be used as a non-SNA master console.
