Installing QWS3270

To install QWS3270 onto your machine, follow these instructions:

Go to http://jollygiant.com and click the download button in the top right corner.

2. Click the white download button.

3. Open the QWS3270 setup executable file from your recent downloads and click Install once it opens.

4. Hit Next and select “Typical” setup type.

5. Select the language that you want the user interface to be in.

6. When that is done, click Install and give it a few moments to install, then click Finish.

7. Open the QWS3270 application and enter your license key when prompted. This key should be in the email receipt you received after purchasing the product.

8. If you are trying to connect to the North Carolina AOC, use this link to install that connection:

If you are trying to connect to the Texas HHSC, use this link:

If you are trying to connect to Georgia State, use this link:

https://jollygiantstorage.blob.core.windows.net/installers/QWS%20GA%20Session.msi

9. If you are trying to connect elsewhere, you will need to manually create the session.

a) Select “QWS3270” on the toolbar and select “Connect…”.

b) Click the “Edit” button.

c) In the connection box, enter the Host Name or IP Address you want to connect to. Then enter the port number and select the Terminal Type. Click OK.
